Join your colleagues in an interactive workshop that will guide PHN activities and
promote the benefits of Exercise as Medicine
- Update on the evidence for exercise as therapy
- Crowd source models of care for reducing the “evidence to implementation” gap for exercise as a therapy in specific conditions from local clinicians, and visiting experts.
- Review these proposed models of care against an agreed set of criteria after local and expert commentary.
- Lead to an agreed “best buy” model for a working party to develop program details ready for implementation in 2018-2019
Expert guest speakers will include Prof Kim Bennell, Prof Paul Glasziou and Dr Ben Ewald
Pitch your ideas for how we can better deliver the right exercise therapy to the right patients.
Help in preparing your pitch is available through NCPHN
